Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your order. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know.

Cancellation

• Cancel within 12 hours of placing your order.
• After 12 hours, cancellation may not be possible as your order enters processing.

Exchange

Free exchanges for:

• Wrong product received (product images required)
• Manufacturing defect (unpacking video required)
• Missing item (full unpacking video required)

Fit / Size / Colour exchanges:

• Allowed, but a ₹99 processing fee applies.

Returns & Refunds

• Return fee:  ₹125 
• Refunds are issued as Cult Coins (store credit only) - no cash refunds.
• Store credit is processed within 15 working days after the product passes warehouse quality check.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

• Panties and stockings (hygiene reasons)

Important Note:

• Raise your request within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Unpacking video is mandatory for missing, damaged, or defective claims.
