At Shapercult, we are committed to delivering your order swiftly and securely. Orders are typically dispatched within one working day of payment confirmation. For non-customized items, Standard Delivery usually takes 3-6 working days from the dispatch date, while Fast Shipping ensures delivery within 1-3 days.

Please note that we ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays, during normal working hours. We partner with reputable courier services like FedEx, Bluedart, and Delhivery for efficient delivery. If courier services are unavailable in your area, we may use Government Registered India Post, though delivery cannot be guaranteed under such circumstances.

For multiple unit orders, shipping charges are based on weight and destination. Online paid orders within India enjoy free shipping. Our prices are inclusive of GST as per Government of India regulations, and we are fully GST compliant. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at support@shapercult.com.

Express delivery is available for all online paid orders within major cities, typically arriving within 1-3 working days from dispatch. Remote areas may require the recipient to collect the package from designated delivery centers.

If you receive a product in damaged condition or with tampered packaging, please refuse acceptance and contact us immediately at support@shapercult.com with your Order ID for assistance. We will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up and a replacement issued at no additional cost, provided the original product tag and packaging remain intact.

To request order cancellation, please email us at support@shapercult.com with your name and order ID within 60 minutes of purchase. Once an order is dispatched or packed, cancellation may not be possible. We strive to accommodate requests whenever feasible.

Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided. Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, including original packaging and accessories, refunds are processed to the original payment method or as agreed with the customer. Refund processing times vary based on card issuer policies.

Please note, all sales are final and products are non-returnable, except for replacement in case of manufacturing defects or damage. Report any issues with photo and video evidence promptly to facilitate a hassle-free replacement process. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all shipped items included. Inspection for damage or defect will determine eligibility for replacement.
